John Ellman (Boris Karloff) has been framed for murder by a gang of racketeers. He is unfairly tried and despite the fact that his innocence has been proven, he is sent to the electric chair and executed. Dr. Evan Beaumont (Edmund Gwenn) retrieves his dead body and revives it, as part of his experiments to reanimate a dead body and discover what happens to the soul after death....。飞伦擎锋两兄弟在宇宙能源战士展森的指引下，踏上了解决能源危机与地球环境问题的冒险之旅。两兄弟在冒险的过程中结识了来自世界各地的小伙伴与十二辆爆裂飞车。随着冒险的进一步深入飞伦等人发现，原来地球上的种种环境问题都源于一位叫作赤魔的宇宙大魔王。他为了统治宇宙正指挥着自己手下的魔暗军团不断地掠夺地球能源，并意图夺走整个地球能源的核心——奥能核心。于是飞伦带领着一众伙伴与十二辆爆裂飞车相互配合，最终击败了赤魔与魔暗军团，守护住了地球乃至宇宙的和平与安全。。
