一个长肿瘤的中年妇女呕吐出一滩奇怪的肉球，没想到肉球竟爬到她儿子嘴里慢慢转变成了一只丑恶的食肉怪物，就连她的儿子也变得性情暴躁乱杀无辜并用人肉喂食怪物，荒诞古怪的故事才刚刚开始……。Five young people wake up dead.
