系列短剧《理想照耀中国》是国家广播电视总局为庆祝中国共产党成立100周年策划组织创作的主题重点作品，由国家广播电视总局、中共湖南省委宣传部指导，湖南省广播电视局支持拍摄，湖南广播电视台和旗下湖南芒果娱乐有限公司等相关机构负责拍摄制作。该剧共40集，以不同时期的40组人物和闪光故事，记录中国共产党诞生一百年以来团结和引领中国人民，高擎理想和信仰的炬火，谋求民族独立、人民解放、国家富强，为实现中华民族复兴中国梦不息奋斗的动人征程。。Ollie Dee and Stanley Dum try to borrow money from their employer, the toymaker, to pay off the mortgage on Mother Peep's shoe and keep it and Little Bo Peep from the clutches of the evil Barnaby. When that fails, they trick Barnaby into marrying Stanley Dum instead of Bo Peep. Enraged, Barnaby unleashes the bogeymen from their caverns to destroy Toyland。
