《假面骑士平成世代FOREVER》是一部穿越时空的战斗，在常磐庄吾与桐生战兔的世界里发生了异变，就像被替换成别人一般、同伴们的记忆一个接一个地失去了。接着在他们面前，Super Time Jaker·Tid现身了，在守护少年幸吾的战斗中，庄吾遇见了一位喜欢假面骑士的青年·充（Ataru）。 另一方，独自挑战Tid的战兔，被其洗脑操纵了。而想在强大的敌人面前救出幸吾的庄吾，却被充告知：“假面骑士，在现实中是不存在的。”那句话的真意到底是什么？究竟是从什么时候开始假面骑士变成了虚构的存在？在谜团逐渐加深的时候，庄吾与战兔追踪着Tid的身影，来到了初代平成骑士的诞生地·九郎岳遗迹。。After years on the run, the mystery man known as "Trick" is back, but not on his own terms. Trick finds himself trapped in a cage with four other hostages - all of them paralyzed from the neck down. When Trick realizes that one of the other hostages is an old foe, Detective Epperson, the two begin working together to uncover the connection between them and their captor - a mask...。
